Tokyo Disney Resort announced today they are closing until at least March 15, joining Disney’s other parks in Asia, which have also closed temporarily as the coronavirus continues to spread.
First Shanghai Disneyland closed in late January, followed soon by Hong Kong Disneyland. Now, as the virus spreads in Japan, Tokyo Disneyland park, DisneySea park and Ikspiari, the shopping district at the Tokyo Disney Resort, are all closed until March 16 at the earliest. The resorts are listed as having a partial change in operation. The monorail will operate as normal.

Tokyo Disney Resort issued this statement:

As a precautionary measure in line with prevention efforts taking place across Japan and in response to the recommendations of appropriate authorities, we are temporarily closing Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea out of consideration for the health and safety of our guests and cast members from February 29 to March 15. We remain in close contact with related government agencies about the situation.

The Parks are currently scheduled to reopen on March 16, but further information will be announced at a later date.

Officials also advised that park ticket holders for the closed dates may exchange their tickets to be used up until March 31, 2021, excluding some block-out dates.
