When Disney’s Gran Destino Tower opens in July, guests will be able to enjoy tapas, seafood, and steak when this Spanish rooftop restaurant that was inspired by surrealist art and the 1930s avant-garde opens.
The restaurant will have “a large pair of olive trees and shimmering vaulted ceilings” along with an on-stage kitchen serving up dishes such as aged, hand-cut Spanish chuletón for two (32-ounce bone-in ribeye steak), oven-roasted shrimp, scallops, tilefish, and Spanish olive oil-braised octopus.
From the bar, guests will enjoy a selection of more than 75 Spanish and California wines along with handcrafted cocktails, beers, and ciders.
Reservations are now available for dates beginning July 9, 2019!
