On July 10th, the PCH Grill at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel will debut a new dinner buffet. The Calitalian Dinner Buffet will include Italian-inspired dishes with “flavors from the Tuscan countryside.”
In addition to build-your-own salad, the salad bar will feature a Caprese Salad, Antipasto Salad, or a classic Italian Panzanella, made with tomato, bread, cucumber, and pickled red onion. Soups may include Italian Minestrone or Cream of Broccoli.
Entrees of Braised Lamb Osso Bucco, House-Made Italian Meatballs, Slow-Baked Lasagna, Grilled Salmon, or Eggplant Parmigiana might be on the menu.
Guests will be able to choose from several different pastas and top them with their choice of sauces, including bolognese, pesto cream, Alfredo, or pomodoro.
The kids will enjoy Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs, Grilled Hot Dogs, Corn on the Cob, Mac and Cheese, and Mozzarella Sticks.
Finally, look for Italian-inspired desserts like Tiramisu, Mini Verrines, Panna Cotta, Cannoli, and Italian Rum Cakes.
The PCH Grill is located just off the lobby of the Paradise Pier Hotel. The restaurant currently features Surf’s Up! Breakfast with Mickey and Friends, but beginning July 10th, Donald Duck’s Seaside Breakfast will take over the space. The Calitalian Buffet replaces the Beach Side Bonfire Buffet.
Reservations are recommended.
