Along with the addition of the Ratatouille trackless dark ride attraction, the France pavilion at Epcot will be adding a few other establishments in the new section of Paris that Remy will call home.

AT D23 EXPO 2017, DISNEY PARKS CHAIRMAN BOB CHAPEK ANNOUNCES NEW RATAOUILLE ATTRACTION COMING TO EPCOT — Looking ahead to the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Chairman Bob Chapek announced exciting plans across Epcot to realize the original vision of the park while making it more timeless and relevant than ever before. Patterned after the number one family attraction at Disneyland Paris, Ratatouille will be added in an all-new space in the France pavilion in World Showcase at Epcot.

Rumor has it that a “make-your-own crepe” location will open nearby the new attraction. The more shocking part of this rumor is that Disney will try to open this area ahead of the Ratatouille attraction towards the very end of 2018.

At the very earliest, the new Ratatouille Ride will open in Late 2019, so opening the path to it a year early might be strange, but it would likely be a popular destination for the ability to build a crepe to your liking.

Permits show where the new street leading to Ratatouille will be

The new Parisian street will wrap around the back of the existing pavilion, leading to a dead end where the entrance of the Ratatouille ride stands.
