NEWS: Disney Park Pass reservation system now live for all ticket holders; availability calendar released

In order to visit any of the four Walt Disney World theme parks, guests will not only need valid admission, but also a confirmed Disney Park Pass reservation for themselves and their party. As of the time of writing, the reservation system is now accessible to existing ticket holders without a Disney Resort hotel stay, Resort hotel guests and Annual Passholders.

Not sure how to make your reservation through the Disney Park Pass? Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Link your tickets to My Disney Experience

Before you make any reservations, you’ll need valid theme park admission that’s linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one.

Once signed in, link your admission to your profile, and make sure that all guests in your party also have valid admission linked to their profiles. Keep in mind that new ticket sales for Walt Disney World are not available at this time, so you won’t be able to purchase extra tickets if you need them.

Step 2: Create your party

When you start the reservation-making process, My Disney Experience will prompt you to create your party from those in your connected Family & Friends list.

Just click the check box by who you want to be included in the reservation, and then select “Continue”; if you’re missing someone in your travel party, just add them through the “Add a Guest” option.

If members of your party have Annual Passes or Resort hotel reservations, they might need to make separate Disney Park Pass reservations from yours depending on your admission type.

Step 3: Select date and park

Next, you’ll be prompted to select your visit date and the theme park you wish to visit from what’s available. Each available park will be shown with their operating hours for that selected day, and then you’ll have to choose what park you’ll be visiting and what time you’ll visit.

After choosing your visit date, theme park, and arrival time, you can confirm your reservation.

Step 4: Review and confirm plans

Make sure to review and confirm your theme park and visit date, and double-check that you don’t need to make any changes. Before confirming, you’ll have to agree to the Terms & Conditions, which include a COIVD-19 liability waiver.

Once confirmed, you’ll see your Disney Park Pass reservation appear in My Plans on My Disney Experience both online and in the app. If you have a multi-day ticket, you’ll have to repeat this process for each date of your visit.

Remember that reservations are limited and subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. At the time of writing, guests can only choose to visit one park per day due to attendance limitations.
