Asian Street Eats by Chef Hung Huynh, a new dining concept from Earl Enterprises, is now open at Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District.
Guests can find this new take-ou window on the west end of the district. The menu features a variety of Asian dishes, including a mixed bowl, which can be customized with grilled chicken, braised beef short rib, or sautéed tofu.
The bowl can come with either royal purple rice or mixed greens and is topped with fire-roasted corn, cabbage, cucumbers, pickled carrots, caramelized onions, and your choice of sauce.
Another customizable option is the Scallion Pancake Wrap, which comes with cabbage, caramelized onions, pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha aïoli and your choice of protein options. Sauces include miso honey, teriyaki, spicy teriyaki, Sriracha aïoli, sesame citrus soy, and spicy avocado.
Other menu options include chicken or vegetable pot stickers, served with ginger soy sauce; kid-sized portions of the mixed bowls; and a selection of Japanese teas and sodas.
Chef Hung Huynh will oversee Asian Street Eats as executive chef. You might know him as an award-winner of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” as well as his features in many publications and national TV appearances.
